A Little Miracle!
Everything here couldn't be better.
With this new little miracle in our lives now life seems more complete. He is
so precious.
The Experience Couldn't Be More
Positive!
Labor and delivery was perfect.
I had the most positive experience I think anyone could possibly have. Even
the Doctor and nurses were impressed on how relaxed and in control I was. I was
smiling and cracking jokes in the hospital.
Labor? What's That!?
I didn't even think I was in labor
because it didn't even hurt. Just some pressure in my back. I went to
the hospital just to get checked, not planning on staying, and I had my son an hour and
forty-three minutes later. What a blessing!
I was lying there. It felt like
everything was slowing down or stopping because I couldn't really feel anything anymore,
just once in a while. But the monitors said I was still having them (contractions).
I wasn't convinced I was in labor, but I'll tell you I was very relaxed and when I
felt that pressure in my back I visualized my cervix opening and my son sliding down.
I couldn't wait to see him.
Even Baby Gets Help!
Alex was under a little stress though
because his heart beat would go down with a contraction. So, I visualized his little
light around him and everything got better. The Doctor hurried and changed and came
back into the room and said, 'Ok, you can push now.' I couldn't believe it!
Reality Is What You Perceive It
To Be!
I pushed for about 10 or 15 minutes
and with each push I visualized his head coming out and all I wanted was to hear him cry.
There was no pain whatsoever. It was just like I imagined it, except I didn't
think it was going to be this fast. And to tell you the truth I didn't think it was
going to be this easy.
Didn't Even Break A Sweat!
Before I knew it Erik told me to open
my eyes .. and there was his head. The rest of his body was still inside of me.
I was on my side so I could see the whole birth. Then just a little push and the
rest of his little body slid out. Amazing!
You Are In Control!
I was only in the hospital for 1 hour
and 43 minutes and I had my son in my arms. The Doctor couldn't believe how in
control I was and how fast my first time delivery was.
Very Special For Us All!
I know this experience would not have
been the same without you, Richard. I sure appreciate you and all your teachings.
You do amazing work and I thank you for all that you are and have done for me.
I know that if it wasn't for God, Erik and my mom being there, and your teaching,
the birth of Alex just wouldn't have been as special.
