Dr. David W. His patients range from infants and young children to the very elderly. It is not uncommon for three generations of a family to be treated in his office. According to Dr. Simmons, one reason why he sees such a wide variety of conditions is because he uses a low force technique called "Sacro Occipital Technique" or SOT. This type of treatment is gentle, specific and very effective. Many patients (including myself) who are used to treatments where they are twisted and pulled are amazed how easily and painlessly their conditions can be corrected.
A PERSONAL NOTE: I am Dr. Richard Widmeier, DCH, co-founder of The Healing Gift. Dr. Simmons is represented here because of the type of work he does. I have had three major back surgeries in the remote past and occasionally need adjustments. Other Chiropractors only worsened my condition with their full spinal manipulation because of the delicate nature of my back. Dr. Simmons was the first Chiropractor who took care of me without all the manipulation I was used to having. His SOT methods are gentle and precise. I am proud to call him my friend and have him represented here. From the first moment he touches you, his healing energy can be felt.
