WEIGHT CONTROL

Hypnotherapy is effective in helping to control those urges to

overeat, especially sweets.  It helps with 'feeling good' about

keeping up with exercise, making the exercise you do even

more effective, and dramatically improving your self-esteem.

 

WE DON'T STOP THERE:

Some of us are 'stress eaters.'  When stressed out and

upset about something, food makes a wonderful reward system.

Therefore, 'Self-Hypnosis' is taught in order

to help with a greater sense of relaxation and peace.

 

WE'RE NOT FINISHED YET:

The important component, "Why do I eat so much  and have

these cravings" is addressed through Regression Therapy.  Some may

see this as frightful (who wants to go back and look into their past!)

Actually, it's a very pleasant and rewarding experience.  Remember, those

things that frightened you or are otherwise embedded into your subconscious

are looked at NOW, and experienced NOW, as an adult, with the

intelligence of an adult, not with thetunnelvision of a child.
